Crepo User Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Developer Terms, Google API User Data Policies, and global data privacy standards (GDPR / CCPA), this page outlines how users of the Crepo application (crepo.crevira.com) operated by Crevira can request immediate and permanent deletion of their account data, tokens, and stored media.

Method 1: Instant Self-Service Channel Disconnection

Option A: Disconnect inside Crepo Dashboard

Log in to your Crepo account at https://crepo.crevira.com.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations / Social Accounts.
Click Disconnect or the trash icon next to any connected profile (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
All associated OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, and channel identifiers are immediately and permanently erased from our database.

Method 2: Revoking Permissions via Platform Dashboards

Option B: Remove permissions directly from provider

TikTok: Open the TikTok App > Profile > Settings > Security & Permissions > Apps and Services, select Crepo, and click Remove Access.
Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads): Open your Facebook Account > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations, select Crepo (or Crevira-Crepo-main), and click Remove.
Google / YouTube: Open your Google Third-Party Account Permissions, select Crepo, and click Delete all connections.
LinkedIn: Go to Settings & Privacy > Data Privacy > Other applications > Permitted Services and click Remove.

Method 3: Full Account Purge Request

If you want all records, including uploaded media assets, scheduled post logs, and user profile data permanently deleted from our servers:

Send an email to info@crevira.com with the subject Crepo Data Deletion Request from the email address registered with your Crepo account.

Our security team will process your request and permanently wipe all data within 48 hours, sending you an email confirmation once completed.
