Crepo Application Terms of Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or connecting third-party social media accounts to Crepo ("the Service", "Crepo"), you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service Agreement and our accompanying Crepo Application Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Crepo provides users and businesses with unified content creation, scheduling, multi-channel publishing, and audience analytics management tools across supported social networks including TikTok, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), Google / YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Pinterest.

3. Third-Party Platform Terms Compliance

Because Crepo communicates directly with third-party social media networks through official developer APIs, you agree to comply with all relevant platform terms and policies when using our publishing features:

• TikTok: By scheduling or uploading videos and content to TikTok via Crepo, you agree to adhere to the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Community Guidelines, and TikTok Developer Terms.
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads): You agree to comply with the Meta Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use, and Meta Community Standards for all content published.
• Google & YouTube: By scheduling and uploading videos to YouTube via Crepo, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
• LinkedIn & X: You agree to adhere to their respective User Agreements and Content Policies.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You retain full copyright and ownership of all text, images, and videos uploaded to Crepo. You agree that you will not use Crepo to:

• Publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Engage in abusive automated posting, platform spamming, or artificial engagement manipulation in violation of network API guidelines.
• Attempt to compromise, reverse-engineer, scan, or circumvent security controls of Crepo or its underlying server infrastructure.

5. Termination & Disconnection

You may stop using Crepo and disconnect any connected channel at any time directly through your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Crepo for accounts found in violation of this Agreement, security policies, or third-party platform API terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Crepo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and reliable job execution, Crevira shall not be liable for any delayed posts, network API downtime, or third-party platform policy enforcements beyond our direct control.
